Return Policy
If you have an item that you wish to return to Ropes Galore, all of the
following rules apply:
- Returns are not accepted after 30 days of purchase.
- Please include your receipt.
- Items for return or exchange must be in new and unused condition, with
their original packaging and tags
- Some items returned for a manufacturer's defect may be repaired rather
than replaced, based on the manufacturer's recommendation.
- All deep discount and clearance items are non-returnable for any reason.
- Returns will be refunded in the same payment method they were originally
purchased Returns may require 10 business days to process.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please include a note with your name, address, return authorization number,
and reason for return or exchange.
Saddles
- You have 3 days from the day you receive a saddle to fit the saddle to the horse.
- You must protect the saddle during the trial.
- If you mark, stain, scratch, oil, break, tweak, or in any other way damage the saddle, it may not be returned.
- After the 3 day trial period, all saddle sales are final.
A restocking fee or refusal of return may occur if these requirements are not met. If you wish to return an item, e-mail service@hawthornestore.com with the product name, date purchased, and reason for return/exchange to receive a return authorization number.
